POSITION PURPOSE:
      
      Work closely with the leaders of EA DBU on assignments ranging from strategic planning for the business to developing business cases and seeking EA Management’s approval for major initiatives and investments. Lead multiple projects and quickly develop expertise on strategic issues. Lead EA DBU channel management functional excellence
      
      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      
      1. Lead cross-functional teams to investigate, analyze and make recommendations to DBU Management and Senior Management on current strategic or operational issues
      2. Introduce new business strategy and guide the implementation
      3. Provide planning and analytical support to DBU management team
      4. Lead development of EA DBU channel management strategy
      5. Lead and facilitate the strategy update process
      6. Participate in the development of DBU’s annual operating plan and 5-10 years’ simulation
      7. Research and prepare internal and external communications for senior management
      8. Lead and provide support in developing the annual strategy presentation for senior management
      9. Analyze the strategic, operating and financial impacts of internal business proposals. Develop recommendations and associated business cases in response to these proposals.
      10. Coach, supervise and motivate subordinates to contribute and work as a team in teamwork spirit
      11. Work with DBU management team and HR on organization development to improve organization efficiency
      12. Liaison with Corporate DBU strategy function
      
      QUALIFICATION:
      
      1. MBA or equivalent
      2. A minimum of 8 years of experience exhibiting a progressive work history
      3. Distribution/ aftermarket experience preferred
      4. Strategic analysis experience
      5. Proven and successful project management experience.
      6. Excellent English
      7. Deep understanding of Chinese and Western culture
      8. Excellent interpersonal skill.
      9. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven abilities to cohesively defend or justify recommendations.
      10. Ability to think strategically and creatively while demonstrating strong analytical skills
